I don't recognize myself anymore!  It's amazing!  I forget I've got this bump hanging out in my middle until I walk by a full length mirror and do a double-take.

The best is watching the faces of the grandma's and grandpa's at the grocery store.  They glance at my bump and then give me this, "well, aren't you cute!" look.

I LOVE being pregnant!  Sure there's heartburn, and tossing and turning, but I've got a baby in me, and he is having a grand old time summersaulting around.  Bring on the stretch marks, this guy is worth it!

My belly has made it impossible to button my coat all the way down!

Boy, am I happy that this baby wanted to be born in Spring.  So far, winter has been the best time to be pregnant.  I've got a built in heating pack stuck to my middle!

Funny pregnant story:  When I wake up in the morning to my alarm, I don't gently pull off the covers and scoot my feet out, stretch and stand up.  No, that is what happens on days I let my body decide when to wake up.

Normal days involve a crazed swish of the covers onto Austin's peacefully slumbering side of the bed and a literal leap out of bed to smash that phone alarm into silence.  If I didn't do this, I'd probably take the snooze back to bed with me.

Anyway, last week, my rather violent morning routine startled the baby into an intense foot jab, which, in turn, scared the living daylights out of me.  Ha!  Poor guy.  What do you want to bet, after he is born he's going to startle awake at 6AM for no reason.

By way of mushy things:  I married a man who has perfected the art of surprise romance.  When we were dating he mentioned how important it was to him that he show love to his wife on random days though out the year, not just on birthdays, anniversaries, and valentines day.

He has exceeded my expectations.

I feel like this entire month has been Valentine's Day.  I mean it.

I felt pretty lucky on our wedding day, but I had no idea what a treat I was in for.  He is more Christ-like, understanding, and straight up manly than I ever could have hoped for.

And just for fun, here is a picture of Tori, Sterling,  and Dad playing "darn it."

I love these three cuties.
